FAQ
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link.
For Priority Shipping we use Fedex and DPD and for Economy Shipping we use Fedex, Royal Mail and ParcelForce.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to change or cancel your order, once it is confirmed. You can choose to not receive the shipment, which will then be returned to us, or you may return this to us once received.
If you place an order for an item available to pre-order, the product page will advise of an estimated time for shipment. Once we receive the item(s) into our warehouse, your order will be processed immediately and you will receive an email confirmation. Orders will be shipped via the shipping method chosen at checkout at time of order.
All orders within USA, Canada, UK and EU are shipped with taxes and duties included.
