Shopping with us is simple & we've got 4 ways for you to return your items to us, just log into our user-friendly returns portal using your order number & email and get ready take advantage of your super sweet unlimited options - exchange, gift card, instant exchange or refund, the decision is all yours!

Worldwide Returns Portal

Return your order in a few steps...

To begin your return or exchange follow these steps:
1. Open the Returns Portal & enter your Order Number.
2. Select the item(s) you would like to return & select if you would like to Return, exchange for a gift card or exchange for other items/sizes/colours.
4. Download the QR code for use in any Royal Mail (UK) or USPS or DHL Service Point (Rest of the World).
5. Drop it off at your nearest Drop Off Point shown from the portal.

Once we receive and verify your returned items your new replacements will automatically be sent out to you, it’s as easy as that.

Unhappy with your purchase?

Don't sweat it!

You have a generous 90 days to return the item for any reason. Just make sure everything is in "perfect sellable condition" i.e., not damaged, marked or worn—and hey presto! you're good to go - No questions asked*.

*For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on socks or insoles so do check twice before committing!

We'll be in contact with you via email once the return has been received and is under way. The process may take a few days, so please remain patient - however during particularly busy periods such as Christmas or Black Friday it can stretch up to around one week for completion.

If we are able to go ahead with your exchange request, don't worry; an email notification will follow along with delivery at the same address of origin! In order to ensure speedy returns though changes won't normally be accepted after confirmation – just holler our customer service team if an alternate address is required instead!

FAULTY GOODS

LØCI's 90-day returns policy also applies to any faulty goods.

Should a defect arise, it should surface quickly for us to accept the returned product. Please be aware that excessive wear and misuse of an item are not accepted back into our store - however those with approved returns can get rewarded!

Our secure system offers customers up to 90 days from their purchase date as a window for returning items; after which we will exchange them or provide you with online credit in the form of voucher codes so you don't miss out on getting some cool new stuff.

CANCELLATIONS

Need to cancel your order? No worries - just let us know ASAP. Before we ship it out, you'll get a full refund! Our shipping cut off is usually 4pm – except on weekends and holidays, of course.

However please note: if you notify us after shipment has gone out, there won't be a refund for the original delivery cost or any additional return fee that may pop up afterwords due to couriers' operations. Same goes if turnaround time was too quick - sorry about that!
